With three straight wins, the Oklahoma City Thunder have gained the upper hand in their Western Conference Finals match-up against the San Antonio Spurs.

After winning twenty straight games in a row, including the playoffs, the Spurs are now losers of thee straight games and are now one game away from being eliminated from the 2012 NBA Playoffs. It’s not going to be an easy task either for the Spurs tonight, as the Thunder have a 33-7 combined record at home this season, including seven consecutive victories during these playoffs.

Here is our NBA Prediction for tonight’s Game 6 in the Western Conference Finals:

San Antonio Spurs @ Oklahoma City Thunder 9:00 pm ET on TNT (Thunder lead series, 3-2)

Kevin Durant’s dominance appeared once again in the second half of Game 5. Durant scored 22 of his 27 points in the second half while going 9-for-13 from the field, compared to just 1-for-6 in the first half. Also, Durant has become the highest scoring player (27.6 PPG) that has played in at least 20 playoff games before the age of 24.

I think the Spurs will need a huge game from Tony Parker if they want to pull off the big upset tonight, although I don’t believe that will happen.

Give me the Thunder, 105-95, and to become the first team to advance to the 2012 NBA Finals.

Bonus Pick Against the Spread:

Oklahoma City -5
